These domain names (“THE DOMAINS”) are currently hosted collectively on the same server, which server is provided by a third party not affiliated with FIDELITY. THE DOMAINS are owned by FIDELITY, RODAN or corporations or individuals with an interest in FIDELITY, including named individuals on this website.

USE OF CONTENT

You may view, download, and print contents from THE DOMAINS subject to the following conditions: (1) the content may be used only for information or entertainment purposes; and (2) the content may not be modified or altered in any way. You may not redistribute, prepare derivative works, or otherwise use the content other than as explicitly permitted herein.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE DOMAINS

Business transactions are conducted on THE DOMAINS, and in order to consummate these business transactions, it is necessary to send email communications to users who are transacting said business. Some of THE DOMAINS are brokerage websites for investors and sellers of investment instruments, specifically domain names, and these brokerage sites will collect information about the buyer and the seller of these domain names. This is necessary to establish safe and secure communication between the buyer and the seller of these domain names.

Buyers or sellers who do not wish to be contacted by THE DOMAINS in order to consummate the sale or acquisition of domain investments, through THE DOMAINS, may not use THE DOMAINS for this purpose.

Sellers who list their domains will receive email communication from THE DOMAINS when they have completed their listing, when their listing has been approved or declined, when a buyer places an order to purchase one of the seller's domains, and when a payment has been made to acquire the domain, as listed on THE DOMAINS. This is necessary to facilitate the safe and successful transfer of the seller's domain name to the buyer.

Buyers who place a purchase order on THE DOMAINS will receive a confirmation email of their purchase order, and they will receive a confirmation email of their successful payment, for the acquisition of the domain name, from THE DOMAINS and/or THE DOMAINS' third-party merchant services broker.

TRADE DRESS AND SERVICE MARKS

The appearance of this site constitutes Trade Dress under U.S. Trademark Law, which trade dress is not required to be service or trade marked with the United States Patent and Trade Office ("USPTO") but may be asserted by the owners of THE DOMAINS. The appearance of the sites on THE DOMAINS, the colors and appearance of tables and text, the graphics and the overall schema of THE DOMAINS is designed to provide a certain "feel" to users. This consitutes Trade Dress and may not be duplicated without infringing upon the rights of FIDELITY.

THE DOMAINS and the content within THE DOMAINS are the property of FIDELITY, RODAN or their partners and suppliers and are protected by United States copyright laws and by other copyright conventions. The compilation, organization and display of the content as well as all software and inventions used on and in connection with THE DOMAINS are the property of FIDELITY and RODAN. Either FIDELITY or RODAN reserve all rights of THE DOMAINS and their content not specifically granted in any agreements with FIDELITY or in these Terms of Use.

If there is a determination that any provision of these Terms of Use is invalid or unenforceable, that determination will not affect the rest of the Terms of Use and the Terms of Use shall be deemed amended to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.
